Let’s get deeper
Trauma-informed psychotherapy that includes the body as well as the story.
Sometimes you can explain everything and still feel stuck in the same place.
You may understand your patterns intellectually and still notice your body responding before you can think your way through it.
Anxiety. Shutdown. Tension. Numbness. Restlessness. A sense that something deeper is asking for your attention.
I offer movement-based psychotherapy for people who want a more direct, embodied relationship with themselves. This work integrates conversation, nervous system awareness, movement, and relational therapy in a way that is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human.
A different relationship with yourself is possible.
I came to this work through years of teaching movement and working closely with people learning to reconnect with themselves through their bodies.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the places where movement, trauma, relationship patterns, nervous system responses, and emotional life overlap. That path eventually led me into psychotherapy.
Today, my work bridges both worlds.
I bring clinical training, movement experience, relational depth, and a belief that your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through. I also believe people are far more adaptable, intelligent, and capable of change than they are often taught to believe.

More than words.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and already familiar with therapy or personal growth work.
Often, they already understand why they feel the way they do. What they are looking for is a different way of relating to themselves inside those moments.
Depending on your needs, our work together may include conversation, movement, posture, breath, nervous system tracking, or physical awareness. Sometimes movement is subtle. Sometimes it simply means noticing what happens in your body while we talk.
This is not performance-based work.
You do not need to be flexible, athletic, coordinated, or “good” at movement. The goal is not to force catharsis or override your instincts. The goal is to help you develop a more informed and trusting relationship with yourself.
Your body has something to say to you.
Ready to start the conversation?
Working together starts with a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and determine whether the work feels like a good fit for both of us.
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care.
Some are highly verbal. Some are quieter and more embodied. Movement may be part of the work, but never with pressure. You are never expected to push past your limits, disclose everything, or have the “right” words.
I would love to meet you.
